big db files

I know how to setup a database even with data in it but I don’t know how to move a large file.
Last project I had was moving a database all tables mere small but 2 one of them was 17 MB I kn
ow there is a way to do this but I’ve been stumped. Knowing this will truly help me with my wor
k I do.
